Mogul
Online training redefined
Mogul created a platform that delivers and maintains practical online training. It is committed to educating and supporting its clients’ employees, partners, and affiliates within the travel industry.

Introduction of a Design Process
As the sole designer at Mogul, I introduced a design cycle into the company which includes a multi-phase workflow consisting of discovery, UX research, varying levels of fidelity designs, user testing and usability sessions, and implementation.
Parallel Approach
The platform was split into two major pieces. One is the user-facing app, which requires maintaining designs for existing and new features added to the app. The second was to completely redesign the admin dashboard to make it easier to use, more organized, modern in its design aesthetic, and simplified in user experience, focusing attention where it needs to be.
Design Process
Each project starts with a comprehensive kick-off meeting to comprehend the business objectives, client requirements, intended functionality, and expected outcomes. This procedure is usually combined with an analysis of the current experience and competitor research to identify areas for improvement and new possibilities for innovation.
Informed by these research results, I fashioned low-fidelity wireframes to solicit feedback on the proposed solutions.
After enhancing the wireframes with my team, I developed high-fidelity prototypes, integrating visuals, brand, and textual content.
After receiving approval for the proposed user experience, I conducted the handover of designs and resources to the development team. As the lead designer, my responsibilities extended into the development phase, ensuring accurate implementation and conducting rigorous quality checks to meet functional and design requirements.

Solution and Results
The final product is the culmination of all the market research, understanding our user on a human level, and planning a structured roadmap to deliver the best solutions possible all while actively collaborating with the product/engineering teams and our users.
The results are a product that is usable, powerful, thoughtfully crafted, scalable, and, above all—built to solve the many challenges faced by our clients and their teams with online training needs.
