Driven to enhance learning results by personalizing and integrating AI while prioritizing students’ needs, aiding their transition from secondary education to college, and further into their professional lives.

Background
Since its establishment in 2006, Chegg has consistently been a reliable resource for students in need of textbook rentals, homework assistance, and exposure to a vast body of specialists in various disciplines. Over time, Chegg's range of services has broadened significantly. This expansion, however, has led to a somewhat disjointed, disorderly, and bewildering experience for the students.
Defining the Problems
As life becomes increasingly saturated with diversions, our focus is dwindling rapidly. Implementing a novel, streamlined approach to engross learners and guide them towards their aims is necessary. Pupils often struggle to locate vital resources for their educational development. Even when they turn to Chegg, the bewilderment of where to begin and which services to utilize can cause anxiety and strain. With the onslaught of AI, customized solutions, and superior intelligence – Chegg found itself in a situation where their product had instantly turned antiquated and inefficient.

Design Process
The approach to solving tough learning and focus challenges starts with putting myself in the shoes of the students who will use these innovative new solutions. I collaborated with the UXR team to better understand the learner journey and the deeper needs of the students.
Informed by these research results, I fashioned low fidelity wireframes to solicit feedback internally as well as concept testing with students on the proposed solutions.
Concept testing with students to validate ideas and gain market confidence to guide ne in the right direction.
After enhancing the wireframes with my team, I developed high-fidelity prototypes, integrating visuals, brand, and textual content.
Upon receiving endorsement of the proposed user experience, I orchestrated the transfer of designs and resources to the development team. As senior designer, my role extended into the development stage, guaranteeing precise realization and pursuing meticulous quality check-ups to comply with practical and design prerequisites.
Solution and Results
The ultimate outcome is the result of extensive market analysis, deeply comprehending our consumer as an individual, and devising a well-structured strategy to provide the highest quality solutions – all while maintaining active engagement with our product and engineering teams and the users. This has yielded a product fashioned with consideration, filled with power, highly scalable, and most importantly – conceived to overcome the various hurdles encountered by all involved in the dairy distribution network.
